This project involved the demolition of an existing house on site and the construction of a split level cavity wall building with precast concrete floors. This modern, architectural design was finished with Roscrea sandstone and white K-Rend textured plaster. The sandstone was also matched on the gate pillars. Key energy features include a Daikin heat pump, underfloor heating and demand control ventilation.
